Michael lived in Longmont from the time of his birth until 2012 when his family moved to Greeley. Michael attended Salida Del Sol Middle School and graduated from Union Colony High School in 2022. While in high school, Michael played soccer and enjoyed it. Michael was attending Barber School. He was very driven with an entrepreneurial spirit; he aspired to open a salon one day with his sister, Evelyn.
Michael loved to eat! His favorite food was Chinese food. He loved watching football, always rooting for the Denver Broncos. He loved to go fishing with his dad. His proudest catch being the two foot long Catfish they caught together. Michael was an amazing uncle to his nieces and nephews and they all loved him very much. He loved collecting all kinds of hats and was a huge sneaker head. He loved his dog, Dolly, he would blame her for everything. Michael loved R&B and Hip Hop. While in High School, he played to violin. Above all else, Michael loved to make his family laugh.
Michael is survived in life by his parents, Jorge Jaquez-Hernandez and Maria Guadalupe-Hernandez, brothers, Jorge Jaquez-Hernandez Jr, Sebastia Jaquez-Hernandez, sisters, Michel Torres, Evelyn Torres, niece, Avianna Nieblas and nephews, Adan Crespo and Remmy Nieblas.
