James Clinton Cook, 79, of Evans, passed away August 25, 2017 at North Colorado Medical Center. He was born May 21, 1938 in Greeley to Ernest and Eunice Cook. He attended Central High School. James married Susan Ann Rust on September 5, 1964 in Greeley, Colorado.
James owned Larry’s Used Furniture. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and an honorary member of the Ryan Renegades Fishing Club. He was an avid fisherman and loved playing in Keno Tournaments.
James is survived by his three sons Scott (Vickie) Cook, Chris (Sheila) Cook and Darrin (Pamela) Cook; a sister Delores Noel; two brothers Rick (Angie) Cook and Terry (Margaret) Cook; 7 grandchildren Kari, Tosha, Bonnie, James, Levi, Devin, and Braden and 12 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Susan and one brother Gary Cook.
Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 31, 2017 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 1, 2017 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
