When I think of Evelyn, the word that comes to mind is ""class.""  She was one of the classiest ladies I have ever know.  What and exemplary life she lived!

We are late in learning of Evelyn's passing.  We cannot think of First Lutheran without thinking of Evelyn and the many times we saw and enjoyed her there.  She was such a lovely person and will live long in our memories.  Dennis and Linda

I just learned of Evelyn's passing. What a lovely lady. I was the child ringbearer at her wedding and could never forget her forgiving hug when I lost the ring. (A fake one at rehearsal - but I didn't know.)

Evelyn and my mother were very good friends for many years. I remember her as one of the nicest persons have had the pleasure to know.

Our thoughts and prayers to the Swanson family.

Evelyn was a wonderful woman and mentor.  She taught me the art of Swedish baking and sewing.  Our days at the BRASS BELL were a fine experience that I will never forget.

Dear Aunt Vi and Uncle Vernon,
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your sister, Vi. I don't believe I ever knew Evelyn, but I can imagine that she likely was just as gracious and loving as you. We pray that God will give you the comfort that only He can give at a time like this.
