Elaine B. Ryan, 90 years of age, passed away at McKee Medical Center, Pathways Hospice Care in Loveland, CO on June 9, 2021. She was born August 4, 1930 in Greeley, Colorado, to Jacob and Mildred (Johnson) Hasbrouck. Elaine married James C. Ryan. He died on May 23, 2009.
Elaine has been a resident of Greeley her entire life. She graduated from Highland High School in Eaton, CO, and worked as a homemaker taking care of her family.
She was a member of First Congregational Church, and of DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution). She belonged to the Swedish Club and enjoyed playing Bridge.
Elaine is survived by her sons Jeff (and Sybil) Ryan, Mike Ryan, and James Ken Ryan; grandchildren, Ben Ryan, Josh Ryan, Chris Ryan, Caleb Ryan, Elizabeth Ryan, Nehemiiah Ryan, Zackary Ryan and Erica Ryan; great grandchildren Jona and Iris Ryan, Dominic and Crystal Ryan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James, and by her brother Jacob Hasbrouck.
Services will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Allnutt Funeral Service, Macy Chapel, 6521 W. 20th Street, Greeley, CO 80634. Committal services at Linn Grove Cemetery.
