Douglas "Doug" Alan Herron Jr.

Douglas “Doug” Alan Herron Jr., of Greeley, passed away July 10, 2020 at the University of Colorado Hospital, in Aurora. Doug was born on November 25, 1968 to Douglas and Judy Ann (Holmes) Herron in Iowa.

Doug married Nicole King on June 26, 2017 in Ana Maria Island, Florida. He was the Assistant Manager for Alpine Lumber in Greeley, CO.

Doug was an extremely patient, humble, kind and soft spoken man. He was also very generous, he would give the shirt of his own back to help anyone in need. He was an upstanding citizen and an honorable man. He loved his children more than anything and just recently became a grandfather to his first grandchild, Koda. Doug enjoyed watching football and playing golf.

Doug is survived by his wife, Nicole, daughters, Sierra and Brianna Herron, sons, Bracken and Colby Hamilton, his father Douglas Herron Sr., two sisters, Tami and Lynn and his grandchild Koda.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Judy Ann Herron.
