Ted and Faustine:  Our condolences on the passing of your father.  I respected his community spirit and his courage.  He was always up for a challenge and his move West at a late age gave testimony to this trait.  His efforts on behalf of the Ruritan Club were greatly appreciated.  It seems like yesterday that he was serving fries to fish fry guests.  His passing is a reminder that we are losing a unique American generation.

Ted, Faustine and family, please accept our sincere sympathy in Don's death.  We will remember his kind and generous demeanor, his wonderful smile and his fellowship at Blacksburg United Church and Mt. Tabor Ruritans.

God Bless you Ted and Faustine in the loss of a very delightful man.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Ted and Faustine, I read of Ted's dad's passing in today's paper.  I loved the picture of him, it is just as I remember him serving up fish, frys, and or coleslaw at the fish frys. I feel so fortunate to have gotten to know him through you all. What a loving family! He must have been so proud.  Thinking of you all.  Love, Janet
