Delphine was born in Roswell, New Mexico on December 22, 1934 to Augustine and Maria (Alferes) Esparza. She married Robert (Bob) Arthur Landry on November 6, 1954.
Delphine was a dedicated wife and mother, and had many occupations over the years. In addition to being a homemaker, Delphine also worked as a care taker, a laundromat attendant, a landlord, and even a baker. She had a large family, with whom she enjoyed spending time with; she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren. Delphine also enjoyed dancing, playing the guitar, and singing.
Delphine is survived by her children: Sharon (Jerry) Ochoa, Paul Landry, Jimmy (Paula) Landry, and Rachelle (Glen) Peppler; her siblings: Patsy Calderon and Boline Tovar, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Delphine was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and her siblings Nellie Espinoza, Phyllis Pacheco, Bea Chavez, Tillie Esparza, and August (Auggie) Esparza.
