Formerly of Wichita, Kansas, Cynthia met and married Richard Ott, the sweet proposal took place in a blueberry patch in Alaska. The couple started a family and had two sons, Paul and Nathan. Cynthia enjoyed her career in medical records for UC Health for over thirty years.
Cindy was a loving daughter, wife and mother. She was a long time member of the First Congregational Church in Greeley and sang in the church choir for many years. She was extremely creative and enjoyed crafting, cooking, and all forms of art. She was an avid reader and loved challenging puzzles. She loved to entertain and spend time with loved ones. Rick and Cindy loved venture out and travel, taking the occasional cruise and Cynthia enjoying King Crab Legs for dinner.
Cindy is survived by her husband, Rick, sons, Paul and Nathan, her mother, Judith, brothers Ted (Kathy) Thompson and Paul (Kathy) Thompson, numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
She is proceeded in death by her father, William Everett Thompson, Grandparents, E.L. and Jessie Thompson and Ted and Natalie Stockfleth.
