Bettie Marie Nelson, age 93, of Greeley, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 4, 2021. She was born April 10, 1927 in Wyoming. Bettie was a loving wife to Vern for 71 years. She loved her children and was a terrific homemaker. She loved life and will be missed by all that knew her. Rest in peace.
Bettie is survived by her son Scott and his wife Karen; brother Edward Kiesling and his wife Bev and son David.; grandchildren Lyza and Sawyer Verosky; and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Vern; her daughter, Carrol, and her parents George and Lois (Brown) Kiesling.
Memorial service to be held Thursday, April 15, 2021, 2:00 P.M. at Allnutt Funeral Service, Macy Chapel, 65221 W. 20th Street, Greeley, CO. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
