Armando graduated from Jefferson High School with many extra-curricular classes, ranging from mechanics, construction for Habitat for Humanity, and communications. He was also an apprentice tattoo artist, music teacher, and a Para teacher.
Surviving him are his parents, Doreen Cerna and Cristobal Cerna Jr.; his brothers, Anthony Quiñónez and Miguel Cerna; and his grandparents, Hilario Sonora and Aurora Sonora.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Tito Garza and Dolores Garza; his grandfather, Cristoval M. Cerna; and great-grandparents, David Pedroza and Rosa Pedroza.
A visitation for Armando will be held Monday, December 5, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, with a celebration of life at 11:00 AM, both at Stoddard Funeral Home 3205 W. 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80634. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens following the service.
