Beloved Wife to Nat, devoted Mother and Mother-In-Law to Karen Adler Miletsky, Edythe Adler, and Bruce Teperman and Grandmother to Alex and Miles Teperman. Clara was a fiercely independent and strong woman. A lover of sports, a gold medalist, and tennis champ; she is in the PAL Hall of Fame. Clara was asked to go pro but refused so she could remain in school. She was Captain of her softball team as well. She loved creating designs for jewelry and interior spaces. Clara enjoyed travel and the arts with her family. It was important to Clara to contribute to charities dear to her heart and she wanted to make a difference in the world.
Clara Adler is survived by her daughters Karen Adler Miletsky and Edythe Adler, Son-In-Law Bruce Teperman, Grandsons Alex and Miles Teperman, sister Helen Lowitz, and brother Harry Friedman.
A funeral chapel service for Clara will be held Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Riverside-Nassau North Chapel, 55 N Station Plz, Great Neck, New York 11021. Following the funeral chapel service will be a graveside service at 12:00 PM at Beth Moses Cemetery, 1500 Wellwood Ave, W. Babylon, New York.
