I recall Dr. Carl Rosen from my teenage years back in the 1960s.  He was affiliated with Dr. Irving Kramer back then and they worked out of Irv's home office on Wensley Dr. on the corner of Clent Rd.  in the Village of Russell Gardens in Great Neck, NY.   I, too, lived in that village and was their patient.  I'm still friends with the Kramer children who are a few years my senior.  I remember Dr. Rosen as a kind and caring physician.  As a kid, I loved the candied tongue depressors that were administered to the children.  I'm so sorry for his passing.  My condolences to his family and friends.  RIP
