Born July 31, 1932, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Frank and Stella (Melczak) Miller.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by eight brothers, and a sister.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Sally (Erwin) Miller; his daughter and son-in-law, Suzanne and Louis DeLuca, Copper Canyon, TX; his granddaughter and her husband, Jenna and Todd Anderson, Lantana, TX; his grandson Jared DeLuca, Arlington, TX ; two great granddaughters, Isabelle and Sophia Anderson; a sister-in-law, Sue McMillen, as well as nephews and nieces.
Larry retired as Vice President, Government Programs for Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania after 27 years of service.
Larry served in the United States Army during the Korean War and will be laid to rest at the Dallas – Fort Worth National Cemetery. Honoring Larry’s wishes, there will be no services.
