Mary Diana Ridout, 73, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2023, surrounded by her family. Born on May 16, 1950, in San Angelo, Texas to Adam and Lucy Zepeda, Diana Ridout lived a life filled with love, compassion, and devotion to her family.
Diana cherished her role as a Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Auntie, and Tama, and her love for her family was boundless. She cherished every moment with her grandchildren and great- grandchildren with all her heart. Her warmth and nurturing spirit created a home filled with laughter, joy, and a sense of togetherness. Diana lit up a room with her humor, jokes, and laughter. We will miss her presence. She loved the Lord with all her heart and always reminded us to cherish life. She graduated from Central High School in San Angelo, Texas in 1969. Diana retired from Verizon after 28 years of commitment.
In addition to her dedication to family life, her commitment to those she loved extended beyond the family unit, impacting the lives of friends and coworkers.
She is preceded in death by parents Adam and Lucy Zepeda and little brother Manuel Zepeda.
Diana is survived by her husband David Ridout, daughters Chanin Masten and husband Jason of Decatur, TX, Cambrie Couron and husband Rick of Hickory Creek, TX, 4 grandchildren Kyle Masten and fiance Malia, Tess Moore and husband Brandon, Gabriel Couron and Trevor Couron, 2 great-grandchildren Asher and Lucy. She is also survived by her siblings Nena Villarreal, Adam Zepeda Jr., and wife Isabel, Olga Cuellar, and husband Robert, Sylvia Gonzalez, and husband Gama, Elva Wilborn, and husband Jody, Mark Zepeda, and wife Peggy, and many nieces and nephews along with extended family. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who knew her, and her love will continue to inspire and guide the lives she touched.
A Celebration of Life ceremony to celebrate Diana's life will be held on December 10th, 2023, at J.E Foust and Sons Funeral Directors in Grapevine, TX at 10:00 AM. Friends and family are invited to attend and share their fond memories of a woman who embraced life with love.
Diana's legacy is one of love and devotion. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the everlasting love she shared with her family.
