My condolences to all those who loved Charles.  
I met Charles when I was assigned to lead a team of elite international export and import experts. Charles was an elite member of this elite team and was a mentor and teacher to many if not all the members of this team. I would often ask Charles for his input on many difficult and unstructured problems that would come up while navigating complexed issues. He always offered excellent advice and would help me come to decisions. Charles on his own volition would unselfishly help new agents who were new to the team. He was always a source of experience and common sense with members of our team and other Fedex employees throughout the United States. He was a consummate professional and was a role model to many. Charles was always quick with a smile and a laugh and was extremely popular and respected teammate to us all. His kindness and friendship will be missed by all who knew him.


The Dean Hill Missionary Baptist Church 5100 Dean Road Lake Cormorant, MS 38641 along with Pastor Anthony Bryant offers encouraging words and condolence to the family of Charles Williams. We are the home church of the Willams Family and want you to know that death is not the end of the life of Charles, but the beginning of a new chapter. Charles has many friends and family at Dean Hill where he first confess Christ. We cherish the memories and great times of fellowship and share  in your loss as well.  Our prayer is  that God will grant Peace, Love, Joy, Unity, and Understanding to each of you, especially the brother and sister in law of Charles,  Deacon Claude and wife Debra Williams. Both are   very much -loved members of Dean Hill.  Just remmber God is the author and finisher of our faith.   You can find comfort in the Words of our Lord and Savior, specifically John Chapter 14.  Charles is now resting in the arms of Our Savior and surrounded by many family and friends.

To the Williams family hold on to God unchanging hand and he will see you all through this time of sorrow. Charles maybe absent from his body but is now present with Our Heavenly Father above.  Keep God first and he will see you through. We will continue to pray for the family.  You have an guardian angel 😇 watching over you all..

Mrs. Deborah, we are so sorry for your loss.  I think you know how much we love your family.  I guess my favorite memory of Mr. Charles involved our daughter and her refusal to eat unless she was being held by me or my wife.  We had chosen Mrs Deborah’s daycare for our first child based solely on how well mannered their children were.  When Blakely started not eating with out being held, my wife asked Mrs Deborah if she had any clue why.  When Mrs Deborah started her response it began with oops, it turns out Mr Charles was coming home for lunch and Blakely would eat lunch with him sitting in his lap.  We were so lucky to have a daycare provider and her whole family that showed so much love for our children.  Mr. Charles will be missed.

Hello Peggy, this is Lourice, Aunt Burley's daughter... Our Hearts are broken to hear of Charles' transitioning... He called me back in March, said he just wanted to check on Deborah's Family... 
I asked about you, Pokie and the kids,
especially your daughter... I said she should be ready to graduate, he said YES and she can't wait! ☺️
He text me pics of him and the twins at Pokie's house. After we chatted, he said, well, let me call Uncle Tom and Marion to check on them!! TALK ABOUT  CARING WITH A BIG ❤HEART AND WITH THE BIGGEST SMILE EVER 🤗!!.. Just Look in the dictionary, you'll see your husband, Charles' picture!! 😊

My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Williams family.  My family has had the pleasure of living next to Charles and Deborah for over 10 years and I couldn’t have picked a better family to call our family. Our daughter, Rachel, went to school with their kids and I’m so thankful to be blessed to know this wonderful family. Mr. Charles was the best and always smiling and laughing. He will be greatly missed.
