Brandy Jacqueline Nickels was born December 17, 1977 in Fort Ord, CA and passed away December 25, 2018 in Flower Mound, TX. She was preceded in death by her father, William David Nickels. Brandy is survived by her children: Phionna Martinez, Isaac Martinez & Ethan Martinez; mother, Linda Nickels; step-father, Robert Jolieoeur; siblings, Terry Dillow, Janet Nickels, & Barrett Lahey; uncles & aunt: Ray Nickels, Jerry Nickels, Michael Lowe (Diane), Merri Love (Howard) and Wayne Lowe (Pattie); niece, Summerland Jade Baker and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members. A celebration of life will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, December 31, 2018 at J.E. Foust & Son Funeral Home.
