Billy was a easygoing friend maker and when he made a friend he would be your friend for life. Loyalty was a gift he had in excess. He was the kindest person you could ever come across and he would literally give you the shirt off his back if he felt you needed it more. He was a protective brother to his younger brother and would not allow anyone to torture him but himself. He was tough and rough around his edges but soft and loving in his heart.
Billy will be missed by his family and friends.
