Heaven gained an angel on September 1 2024. Thomas Wayne Phillips Jr age 47 passed away at his home in Grants Pass OR. The world lost an amazing father, husband,son, brother,cousin. Tom is described as one of a kind. He was funny,sarcastic,outspoken, caring, genuine and deeply loved his family and friends. He had the ability to make even the grumpiest person smile . He was born on March 22 1977 weighing only 2 lbs 2 oz with a fighting spirit. He never gave up on anything and had instilled this important life lesson in his children. He worked in a wood Mill the majority of his career altho other interests included welding, wood crafting- restoring old furniture,hunting, fishing, camping, rafting and spending time with his family. Tom is survived by his 2 adult children Katelynn Soule,Tommy Phillips and wife Kelly Phillips. He will be deeply missed and will always be loved and cherished. Rest In Peace Tom, we will see you again soon.
