Bob Deloach and I served on the Anchorage Community Theatre Board of Directors, Anchorage, Alaska, for many years during the Bob Pond, Artistic Director, era.  Bob was devoted to live theatre in Anchorage and a head-strong and sometimes cantankerous protector of ACT, its mission, and its flimsy bank account.  He was ferocious about not bending to the financial spending whims of various artistic do-gooders and other volunteers.  In addition to being a licensed electrician and owning his own electrical contracting company, he was also a licensed Realtor in the State of Alaska who occasionally would buy and/or sell real estate mainly as I recall for his own investments.  When Bob eventually retired from the ACT Board of Directors, for a while a hole was left in the organization because, when Bob was there, one was allowed to feel that all was right with the world.  His strength of character and loyalty to his friends and his cause offered a warm blanket of comfort to all those around him.  Missing you, Bob.  Kathy J. Bob words can't express how much you meant to me. You were the kind of friend everyone wished for. We had some really fun times at AMVET events. I'm not sure how it's going to be not being able to get my "Bob fix". Mrs. Oliveoil as you called me loved you and you will be dearly missed.
