William Mark Tuffs

TUFFS - William Mark Tuffs met with the angels and was carried away on October 15, 2012. Bill was born July 16, 1951 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his father, William Austin Tuffs, step father, Albert E. Peck, father-in-law, Herbert Otto Bedewitz, and mother-in law, May Bedewitz.

He leaves behind his mother, Barbara Peck. He also leaves his wife of 40 years, Kathleen Ann Tuffs and their two children, David (TJ Harmes) and Debra (Donald) Dykstra. Also left behind are brother John (Judy) Tuffs; sister, Mary (Eric) Nelson; step sisters, Linda Peck, Julie (Robert) Peck-Sypniewski, and step brother John (Stephanie) Peck. He will be fondly remembered by his granddaughters, Moriah Dykstra, Miranda and Jessica Harmes and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A memorial service will be held 1 pm Friday at the Newhall Christian Fellowship, 3434 Hubal SW, Wyoming, MI with Pastor Mike Young officiating. The family will meet with relatives and friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Hospice.
