Stanley F. Price

PRICE - Stanley F. Price age 84, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 27, 2014. Stanley is lovingly survived by his wife of 59 years Alita Price, children, Loretta (Phillip) Grow, Stephen (Maureen) Price, Brian (Ann) Price, 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents Marguerite and Oscar Price, his Aunt Hazel Jackson, sisters Laura Garrison, Violet Ward and Esther Laisure. Stanley worked at Gerber and Steelcase, served in the Korean War, square danced for years, played bridge and was a member of Resurrection Life Church. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St., S.W. The family will receive relatives and friends Tuesday 6 pm to 8 pm at the Cook Funeral Home, Grandville (West building) and one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
