Shirley Rosetta Tanis, age 90, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Tanis; son, Mark Tanis; grandchildren Rebecca Tanis and Luke Tanis. She is survived by her children David (Coral) Tanis, James (Jodie) Tanis, and Julie Tanis; daughter-in-law, Lori Lamers; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI 49418, with visitation from 12-1 p.m. prior to service. The family welcomes memories and messages in their guest book online at www.cookcaresgrandville.com.
