Sarah Mercer

Sarah Mercer, age 90, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, October 22, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orin Mercer; daughter and son-in-law Kathy (Marvin) Holleman; six siblings; and many other family members and friends.

She is survived by her son, Bruce (Julie) Lowing; stepdaughters Judy Tatum, Kathleen (Edward) Davis, Martha (Stephen) Larson; brothers Don, John, and Hank Zuverink; sister-in-law, Ann Zuverink; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Sarah was a longtime faithful member of Chapel Pointe Church. The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff at Sunset Manor for the wonderful care they provided.

Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI 49418, with visitation from 3-4 p.m. prior to service.
