I've known Randy for about 5-6 years. He was a very sweet gentleman and I enjoyed his company very much. His memories will remain in my heart. His children and his dogs were the love of his life. My heart goes out to his family in this time of grief, and God will comfort each and every one of you. Randy will be remembered for many good things in our lives. He will be missed but never forgotton. Miss you Randy. Gayle

Well where does one start. Randy played a big part in my life and in my heart. Not only was he a cherished friend. I got to experience him on a deeper level. We shared many things, laughter, love, compassion, thoughts and dreams. Even though our lives were never meant to be.. we still had a connection. To his children... know that father was one of the most giving, loving men I have ever met. He was proud each and everyone of you. He may not of said it all the time, and being a Father, his heart would ache for choices that each may of made. But no matter what.. he believed in all of you. And he knew as all parents do..would be there no matter what to support each one of you through your lives. To the rest of the family, friends, etc...I can only wish you peace and know that Randy is being taken care of.. and just as he did while he was alive.. his soft voice, kind words, the love he put into everthing and his smile.. will shine through for each one of us. May God Bless All of you in this time, and please take a moment and just Smile w/ a thought/memory and either share w/ Randy in your mind or w/ others around. Although I didn't know Randy well, he always had a kind word to say..I mostly knew him from online and met at a couple gatherings..He was a gentle soul that could make you laugh and smile. May you find peace Randy my friend...

I hate to say that we did not get to spend as much time with Randy while he was with us as we now would have liked. We only met him a couple of times at gatherings, but each time his kind words and cheerful smile touched each one of us deep inside of our hearts.  As my cousin I didnA't know you as well as I should have. Perhaps our differences in age made that difficult. But what I do know is that you were always very friendly and pleasant when we did talk. I will always hold dear the memory of up north at the deer camp in Kalkaska sitting around the fire pit with the rest of the gang. The laughs we had! You left us way to young. Naesha and I both pray your family will find the Lord during this troubling time and you will sit next to God in the Kingdom of Heaven with all your worries, pains and sorrows gone. Randy was the first person to befriend me after my husband and I split up. He shlepped all over the state and beyond for his friends. He was supportive and very friendly. A kind word was always there when you needed it most. And as for friends who were very close, we all knew exactly how much his family and his dogs the other kids meant to him.
 To his family: I wish for you to take only the good memories with you, may you find peace in the knowledge that he is no longer in pain, and may your hearts soar with the knowledge that he loved you all more than anything.
