Phyllis L. Knoper

Phyllis was born August 2, 1934 in Hudsonville, MI to Casper and Susan (Woodwyk) Hinken. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Robert "Bob" Knoper. She was a woman of strong faith and deeply loved her family.

Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her wonderful, caring daughters, Kathy (Robert) Looyenga, Kris (Mark) Dekker, Karla (Ken) Kozal, and Karen (Brent) Godfrey; grandchildren, Jennifer (Jeremy) Huizinga, Julie (Steve) Hollar, Jodie (Zach) Poortinga, Scott (Tara) Dekker, Samantha Dekker, and Michael (fiancée, Megan Barr) Kozal; great grandchildren, Adelyn, Nylah, Bennett, Blaire, Stevie, and Madelynne; brothers and sisters-in-law, Alvyn Hinken, Chuck (Mary) Hinken, and Jan Knoper.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, September 19, 2016 at Fellowship Reformed Church, 6610 36th Avenue, Hudsonville, with Rev. Shawn Hulst officiating. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet her family Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home (West Building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville and Monday from 10-11 a.m. at church.
