She was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Thomas O'Connor. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Eugene (Mary) O'Connor, Betty Ann (Al) Weatherwax, Patricia (John) Merryweather, Mary Ann (Richard) Williams, and Daniel O'Connor; 13 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen O'Connor and Mae O'Connor; and several nieces and nehews. The family wishes to give a big thank you to her special friends, Shirley Danzig and Dan Nieuwkoop.
A mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 1630 Godfrey SW, Wyoming, MI, with Fr. Stephen Dudek officiating. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery. The family will meet with relatives and friends on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Cook Funeral Home, 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville (West Building). A prayer vigil service will be held at 7:30 pm.
