I had the pleasure of gettIng to know Mark while he drove our shuttle van at Serra Honda. His big personality , big smile, and even bigger heart made him such a special guy.  His fun sense of humor and the love of his family is what I will always remember and of course his “popped” color. Prayers of comfort & strength to your entire family

The Watsons want to share their heartfelt condolences with Mark’s family. He was a good friend to us over the years and often took the time to talk with our boys about golf and life. He was always a good soul and would share his relationship with God and knew that God had his back. Mark will truly be missed.

Pat, my condolences to you and your family, Mark will be missed by many.  I perused the pictures and what a family and support team you have!  Mark was a special friend I had known for many years.  In his life, he planted more seeds than he harvested.  I feel we can all say in his memory “Job Well Done”!

Our deepest sympathy to the Harmsen Family I remember the good times coaching softball with Mark at Georgetown, such great times and going to the dungeon after basketball games with a bunch of people .. he had to play the Michigan fight song during practice.  Thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

So sorry for your loss.  My condolences to Pat and Harmsen family.   I am so grateful to have known Mark.   I enjoyed his humor and spending time with him...many good conversations and activites.   Mark touched many lives.   Grace and peace to Harmsens during this difficult time.

Met Mark ten years ago  at StoneWater CC  . It did not take long before I realized I would enjoy knowing this nice person. We met often to share conversation and his favorite snack , a bowl of potato chips.  When he entered St. Mary's hospital late July,  I and another friend , Charlie Williams, began weekly visits.  We continued our visits at Blodgett. He was so appreciative and we sincerely enjoyed seeing him. Miss him already. Walt Monroe.

So sorry to hear of your loss. We have many many memories that go way back. Prayers to the family.

We were blessed with a Daughter-in-law's Dad who never knew a stranger and always brought love and life to the room!  
To paraphrase Churchill, Mark was ready to meet his Maker! but is his Maker ready for the great ordeal of meeting Mark?   We will miss you, Mark, and will always remember you with fondness!!
