She will be lovingly remembered by her children Monica (Keith) Van Ham, Brad (Dayna) Schutter; grandchildren Bradley, Jeremiah, Ethan, Kali, Dylan, Christina, Shawn, Erin, Aubrey, Al, Kaley, Cody, Morgan; great-grandchild Harper; nephews Scott Stovern, Eric Stovern; special friends Tony (Mary) Molis.
A Memorial Reception with the family will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Cook Funeral Home (Fellowship Hall), 4235 Prairie, S.W., Grandville, MI.
