Kay Yvonne Walton, age 83 of Jenison, went to be with her Lord Saturday, May 6, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Irene Swarthout; husband, Robert “Gene” Walton; and son, Raymond Walton. She is survived by her boys Gary (Julie) Walton, Terry (Sally) Walton, Glen (Tammy) Walton, and Dan (Elaine) Walton; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sister, Betty (Jim) Maynard; and nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may meet Kay’s family 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at Cook Funeral Home (West building), 4235 Prairie St. SW Grandville, MI 49418. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 11, 2023 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), with one hour of visitation prior to the service. Pastor Brent Beckett will be officiating. Interment will be at Georgetown Cemetery.
