Juanita was a humble, devout Christian who spent most of her adult life caring for others. She was a graduate of Wayne State University and was tops in her profession as a Medical Technologist in Grand Rapids after she moved from Detroit to be closer and care for her elderly parents. Her life has been dedicated to praying and caring for others.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Louise Weber; brother and sister-in-law Arthur and Irene Webber, brother Arden Weber, sister Louise Pullen and brother-in-law Eldridge Thomasma. She is survived by two sisters, Lucille Thomasma, Arlene and Roy Duncan, two brothers, Robert and Bernice Weber, Eldon Weber, brother-in-law George Pullen, and a very special sister-in-law, LaDoris Weber; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday 11 a.m. from St. Mary's Visitation Catholic Church please gather at the church with Fr. Richard Altine, Msgr. Herman Zerfas and Fr. Donald E. Weber concelebrants. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
The family will meet relatives and friends Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. from the Byron Center Chapel of the Cook Funeral Home, 2067 84th St. SW. Parish Rosary 8:30 p.m. Sunday evening from the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary's Visitation Church Education Fund.
