John Christian Gohn, age 24 of Wayland, was welcomed into the arms of his Savior, Jesus Christ, Friday, October 14, 2022. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents Jack and Mary Krebs; and aunt, Jamie Elizabeth Phillipy. He is survived by his parents Tami and Tim Gohn; daughter, Rose Elizabeth Gohn; siblings Dane (Angela), Justin, Christina (Jeffery Lucas), Josh, Megan (Cody), and Andrew; nieces and nephews Jack, Gabby, Jeffery and Henry; grandparents Susan and Donald Stiger and Sandy O'Reilly; aunts and uncles Tracy (Miles) Nelson, Jeremy (Karen) Zeiger, Brandon Phillipy; and many other extended family and dear friends.
John adored his daughter, Rose, and loved getting together with family for food and fellowship. He was a fan of music of all kinds and enjoyed playing his guitar. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to an educational fund for John’s daughter, Rose Elizabeth Gohn, care of his parents.
A celebration of life service will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at the ResLife Center located at 5100 Ivanrest Ave. SW, Grandville, MI (please enter door E or H).
