Frank Moss, age 74, went to be with his Lord and Savior Wednesday, November 1, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wife of 15 years, Dawn Moss; parents Lewis and Hilda Moss. He is survived by his sons Michael (Sara) Moss of Grandville, Michigan and Timothy (Sarah) Moss of Fruitport, Michigan; grandchildren Jordyn, Adalyn, Olivia, and Andrew; many cousins and friends.
Frank was a teacher at Grandville Public Schools for 30 years where he also coached football for 18 years. What he loved most about his profession was the interactions he experienced with all the kids. He always hoped he could have an impact, even in small ways, on each one. He loved being an educator, and he often said the worst day he ever had on the job was his last day on the job.
Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East building), 4235 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, Michigan. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Cook Memorial Chapel (East Building), with visitation from 10-11 a.m. prior to service. In lieu of flowers and in memory of Frank, contributions may be made to National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
