Uncle Frank was a tremendous man of God. His joy was in the Lord. And yet, while Uncle Frank is having a great day, those left behind suffer. My heart is with my extended family. Marcia and I love all of you and are hurting with you.

What a wonderful, wonderful man. We are a privileged lot - those of use who are DeHaan family. Uncle Frank stood tall in the faith, towering as a model for us all. Bless you, Aunt Johanna, our cousins and your families as you say goodbye to someone whom will be so missed. But oh can't you hear the DeHaan giggles multiplying in Heaven now that Frank has joined Wynn, and Arvella, and Stella and John and Hank and Grandpa... the sound must be joyous!

Dear Aunt Johanna and the De Haan family,We send you our sincere sympathy for the loss of your dear husband, father, and grandfather. We have wonderful memories of Frank and Johanna visiting all of us here in Iowa. Remember the wonderful time that we had together at the Feeders cousin's reunion, especially at the Sunday morning worship service? Now Uncle Frank, Aunt Nettie Al Kuperus and Lee's dad are all praising together! We thank God for this assurance!

Even though Frank is gone from our presence his faith and stamina will remain in our hearts and lives and one day soon we'll see him in the house and there join with him forever worshiping our Lord forever and ever. We have such fond memories of all of you and pray God's peace and strength will be yours in the days ahead. May God shine his face upon you and may his peace reign in your hearts and lives. We consider it a pleasure to have known this wonderful man of God and his beautiful wife and family.

Dear Johanna, we are so sorry for the loss of your beloved Frank. He was such a special loving man and we loved him and you so much too.
