Donald Peter Postma

POSTMA - Donald Peter Postma, age 68 of Jenison, passed away at his home on January 22, 2001. He was born in Grand Rapids and raised in Wyoming, Michigan, the son of Peter and Elizabeth Postma. He retired from General Motors Rochester Plant in 1987 after 36 years of service. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Surviving are his wife of 41 years, Marecella R. Postma; his children, Carol and Howard Taylor of Dorr, JoEllen and Tom Randolph of Midland, Betty and JR Wurm of Kentwood, Donald and Laura Postma of Jenison; along with eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Also surviving are his sister-in-laws, Ella Menzel, Gladys Garner and Betty Rozelle. A Memorial Service will be held at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Jenison on Friday, January 26, 2001 at 11 a.m. Anyone wishing, may make memorial contributions to Hospice of Michigan.
