Craig Donald Hamilton, age 72, went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, December 8, 2022. He was born November 6, 1950 to Donald and Faye Wieland Hamilton. Craig was born with cerebral palsy and had many physical and mental challenges. Despite his disability, Craig lived life to the fullest. He loved family, painting, and sports and could tell you stats on the Tigers, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and many other teams. Craig had a unique ability to remember EVERYONE'S birthday and enjoyed telling you all of them. He was able to live independently for many years with a little help from family. As Craig grew older, he required more help and moved in with his brother, Dan (Alice) Hamilton, at their adult foster care home where he lived for ten years.
Craig was preceded in death by his parents Don and Faye Hamilton; stepmom, Francis Hamilton. He is survived by his brother, Dan (Alice) Hamilton; nieces Emily (Steve) Farrugia and Meredith (Wayne) Renfroe; great-nephews and -nieces Zach Farrugia, Ava Farrugia, Ashley Renfroe, Danielle Renfroe, and Emersyn Renfroe; cousins John Heinzelman, Tim Heizelman, Carol (Don) McLain, Pat Heizelman, Mark (Kathy) Czarnecki, John (Erin) Czarnecki, and Lynn Czarnecki.
