Nancy Beda Johnson 73 passed away November 20, 2023 at Research Medical Center. Nancy is survived by her husband, Dennis Johnson of the home. She has 3 brothers the first is the extremely ornery, Kedron Rolins of Grand Junction, CO, the second is tremendously weird Tom Rollins of Firestone, CO, the third is the very nice and almost normal Joe Rollins of Shawnee OK (we simply don’t know where he came from). She also has 2 brothers-in-law, Richard Johnson of Memphis, TN and David Johnson of Phoenix AZ. All 5 brothers have wives and families. Nancy has numerous nieces and nephews all who loved and admired her dearly. She is preceded in death by her parents Russell L Rollins and Dorthy I Rollins.
Nancy graduated from high school in Independence KS in 1968. She later attended Avila College in Kansas City, MO where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Nancy worked at Control Data, then Sprint then AT&T until her retirement in 2012.
She was a Volunteer for the Kansas City Symphony Alliance for 13 years and headed up their Technology Committee.
The couple enjoyed 11 years of fun packed retirement together until Nancy’s death, passing away just 18 days prior to their 50th Wedding Anniversary.
