Barbara C. Edwards, 83, of Warsaw, MO and Kansas City, M0 passed away peacefully on July 4, 2022 at the Pleasant Hill Health & Rehab Center with Ascend Hospice Care. Born, February 25, 1939 to Seth G. and Lottie M. (Butler) Pearson of Raytown, MO. Barbara graduated from Raytown High School May of 1957 . After graduating, she started work in the banking business and married. She worked for Raytown Bank, Southeast State Bank and Boatman’s Bank.
Barbara is survived by her husband Terry Edwards of Warsaw MO, nieces Barbara Smitson, Richmond MO, Jackie Henry, Belton MO, Michelle Bowman, Blue Springs MO and Toni Koetting, Belton MO; three great nieces; three great nephews and five great great nephews.
Barbara was predeceased by her father Seth G. Pearson, mother Lottie M. Butler Pearson, sister Carol J. Pearson Henry, 1st husband James Bowman, 2nd husband Warren Rhoad and brother-in-law Charles T. Henry.
