Alan Michael Johnson

Alan Michael Johnson, 62, of Belton, Missouri passed away July 16, 2020. Alan was born December 15, 1957 to Kenneth and Hazel Johnson. He was graduated from Belton High School in 1975 and went on to work as a quality control manager for Excel Tool in Lenexa, Kansas.

In his free time Alan enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He especially loved spending time at the lake and hanging out with family, friends and grandchildren.

Alan is survived by Regina Tennison, spouse. His son Craig Johnson (Jessica) of Peculiar, Missouri; daughter Jennifer Lawson (Andy) of Tipton, Missouri; son Sean Tennison of Belton, Missouri; his siblings Carole, Cathy and Robert; six grandchildren - Tristan, Noah, Parker, Lily, Madison and Remington; and many lifelong friends. Alan was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Hazel Johnson and son Sheldon Tennison.

A walk-thru visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1 from 1:00-3:00 pm at the McGilley and George Funeral Home 12913 Grandview Rd. Grandview, Missouri.
