Sharon Ann Murray

Sherry A. Murray, age 72, was embraced in the arms of Jesus Saturday, January 12, 2013 after a brief illness while surrounded by her loving children. She will be deeply missed by her children Lyn (Gary) White, Barb (Ray) Van Dyke, Deb (Ted) Sanchez, Mike Kramer and Brian Murray; siblings Duane (Pat) Brown, Denny (Mary) Brown, Bev (Ken) Fedder, and Doug (Karen) Brown; 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; her dear friend of 56 years Delores Porter and her beloved Church Family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, and the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Murray, sister Kathy Straub and brother-in-law Dick Straub. Sherry had a strong heart for the youth and was known by many for her loving nature; to many she was simply the ‘Hug Lady’. The family would like to give a special thanks to Denny and Mrs. Brown for the selfless support and help they provided to the family as they cared for Sherry. Please join her family for a time of remembrance on Sunday January 13, 2013 from 2-4 &6-8PM at Reyers North Valley Chapel. The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held at 12PM on Monday January 14 2013 at Grace Fellowship Church, 735 Buth Drive Northeast, Comstock Park, MI 49321, directly following a visitation at 11AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Children’s Ministry at Grace Fellowship.
