Rita Adams

Rita Adams aged 67 of Walker passed away Sunday, December 25, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, mother Edna and her sister Kay. Rita will be lovingly remembered by her father Kermit Humbert, children; Elaine (Patrick) Rothmeier of Hawick, MN, Joseph (Amy) Adams of Allegan, MI grandchildren; Joanna, Joseph, Ralph, Rachel, 8 great-grandchildren, her beloved dog Scooby Doo and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Rita managed the Alpine Avenue Laundry Mat for over 20 years. She enjoyed crafting, scrap booking and being a part of her bowling team. Rita was a very social person and she and Joe enjoyed going out to eat. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Ave NE. Friends and family may greet Rita’s family on Wednesday from 5-8 PM at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to American Diabetes Association or the National Association for the Deaf.
