Gordon A. Stratton, aged 74 of Grand Rapids, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Stratton, sisters, Jackie Garza, Dorothy Vanderwood, Ellen Stratton, brother, Patrick Stratton, and brother-in-law, Pat Dusendang. Surviving are his daughter, Theresa and Kevin Loftus; his sister, Lois Dressler, a special nephew, James Stratton all of Grand Rapids, many other nieces, nephews, and 2 special friends, Randy Canniff and Robert Haight. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 4 at the Reyers North Valley Chapel. Interment in Fairplains Cemetery. If you would like to pay your respects to Gordon, please visit the chapel from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday where a Rosary will be prayed at 8PM Friday.
