Glenn Douglas (Doug) Davis passed away on March 11, 2014 surrounded by his entire family. Doug was truly a good and faithful servant of our Lord. He had great love for both St Alphonsus and Tabernacle Church. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his children Mark Davis, Deb (Dale) Anderson, Mike (Laura) Davis, Pat (Cheri) Davis, Julie (Jim) Alicki, Kelly (Kaye) Davis and his 17 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren, with another on the way, and his brother Dick Davis. Doug was predeceased by his loving wife Hilda.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 14, 2014 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Reyers North Valley Chapel. Visitation will continue on Saturday, March 15, 2014 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at St. Alphonsus Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11:00am at St. Alphonsus Church, 224 Carrier Street NE, Grand Rapids. Interment will be at Fairplains Cemetery in Grand Rapids.
