Great grandmother you will surely be missed. Our hearts may ache but, with your loving heart and your faithful life you lived, we all know God gave you front row seats in heaven! :) you have definitely made an impact on myself and many other peoples lives. I love and miss you so much grandma, may you RIP.

I will always remember my grandmother Dorothy as a kind hearted, loving woman who appreciated everything someone would do for her and she did nice things for others too. She had so much love for God, her family, her cats, her friends and life. I remember the time that she came to my graduation party, the Christmas parties we had at old Orchard Club House, family reunions birthday parties and picnics. I will never forget my grandmother and I will love her always.

Ma had a long and happy life and at 97 she was taken from us. As a young girl she lived on the farm and had no TV, just a radio to listen to at night. She said that when she got bored she would go out to the fields and ho weeds just to do something. When she got older she met her best friend and the love of her life William Boonstra. Soon after they married they had two children, Betty and Darlene, and 16 years later they had a boy Dan; he was a big surprise. She got her wish boy with brown hair and eyes. she never missed Sunday church, unless she was sick. She made a lot of friends through out her her long life and seen lots of changes in the world. she seen her grandchildren, her great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and great great great grandchildren come into this world. She was a great mother and friend and will be missed o so much. She will always be in our hearts and mine for ever.

My grandmother was a wonderful person who loved family gatherings and all the good food. She was a loving and devoted mother. For birthdays she would always send cards that would be stuffed with clippings from books, magazines with religious saying and cartoons. I don't think that there is a family member or friend that doesn't have one of her kitchen towels or crafts that she loved to make. She always said the proceeds made off her towels were donated to church (Wood Brook Cathedral. I will miss her dearly.

Dear Grandma.... What a story your life wrote.I can't begin to express in words the loss I feel.I shall forever hold all the memories you and I shared tucked away in my heat.You were one of the most selfless persons I've ever known who gave so much of herself to others.I'm forever grateful for the memories, love and inspiration.Heaven is rejoicing and angels are singing your praise. Rest in peace sweet Grandma B. I love you.

We were blessed to know Dot thru family.  Our Mom{Janette}, Clara Helen and now Dot are once again together. What fun they had. When I talked to Dot often she always spoke of her love for her children and grandchildren. She was  special.

 May you rest in peace with your loved ones in heaven. You will be missed by everyone in your family down here on earth but we all know you are in a better place. Besides you are probably riding around on a Harley up there in heaven.

Dot sweet lady ,I didn't stop on the way to prayer meeting last night cause I knew you were not there ,,but we all rejoiced that you are with your loved ones and sweet Jesus ,your race is done and you have heard "Well done my good and faithful servent." We miss you already and you have left a BIG hole at Wood Brook Church .We will try to be as loving and kind as you always were .Thank you sweets for being a foundational saint .Love you bunches ..I can still hear hear you say it back as we head out the door .

We have been Dorothy's next-door neighbor for the past 15 years. She was always asking how our kids were doing and what was new with them. One fun memory we have of Dorothy was that after she could no longer drive, she would back her car down the driveway to the mailbox, get out to get the mail, then get back in her car & drive back into the garage! We will miss her very much, but look forward to seeing her in Heaven someday! We love you Dorothy!!

What a great lady, love being around =, she was always so happy. She just made me feel good when I was around her. Sorry for your loss. She was a great blessing to everyone around her.

  She was such a sweet person, would strike up a conversation with anyone, did not matter who you were or what nationality you were, she was a very kind person.

Aunt Dar, our thoughts and prayers are with you in the passing of your mom. She was a sweet, sweet lady, so full of faith and love. We're comforted to know that she is now at peace, at home in the arms of Jesus, free of pain and all the cares of this world. We love you and are thankful for the few times we were able to visit with her at family functions. May God comfort all of you at this time.
