Doris A. "Pat" Chamberlain Heth

Doris A. (Pat) Chamberlain-Heth, age 90 of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully at Clark Retirement Community, on March 30, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford T. Chamberlain; infant son, Christopher Chamberlain; daughter & son in law, Janet (Robert) Hoefakker; sons in-law, Ronald Simpson and David Slezak; husband, Jack B. Heth; stepson, Thomas Heth and stepson in-law, Rodger Borgman. She is survived by her children, Carol Simpson, Gail (Barry) Savage, Sara Slezak, Patti Eisen, Clifford (Sue) Chamberlain and Mary (Matthew) Schlientz; step children, Peggy Borgman and Carole (Daniel) Verlin, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Memorial service will take place at Central Christian Church on Thursday, April 4 at 10:00 AM with family visitation one hour prior. A second Memorial service will take place in the Chapel at Clark Retirement Community, 1551 Franklin, SE, Grand Rapids on Thursday, April 4 at 2:00 PM.
