Diane was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 26th, 1932 to Clyde and Esther Klumb (Saltzmann). On March 19th, 1955, she married Eugene R. Andre in Milwaukee, WI Diane worked at GM in Pontiac and retired after 10 years in 1985. After retirement, she moved to Hudson, FL with her husband, Eugene. Summers were spent at their cabin in Port Austin, and then in Lake, MI after 2003. In the spring of 2017, they sold their Florida home and became fulltime Michigan residents again in Lake, MI.
Diane enjoyed gardening, crocheting, crafting, cooking, baking, playing slots, garage sales, watching football and the Game Show Network, and most importantly spending time with her husband, kids, grandkids, great-grandkids, and special friends. She also loved Christmas and The Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Diane is survived by her husband Eugene and children, Jeffrey Andre of Metamora, MI, Jill Agar (Lloyd) of Fenton, MI, Jay Andre (Merlinda) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, and Jan Randolph of Lake, MI; 13 grandchildren, Jennifer, Jacqueline, Jeannette, Jessa, Jeffrey, Jack, Justin, Jeremy, Nikki, Evan, Elizabeth, Joshua and Erik; and 16 wonderful great-grandchildren. She loved them all fiercely and will be missed by many! Her parents; Clyde and Esther Klumb, and her granddaughter Jessica Andre preceded her in death.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 22rd, 2019 at her residence in Lake, MI.
