He is preceded in death by his parents Don and Helen Gregory and his daughter Kris Ann Radecki.
Dave is survived by his beloved wife Joyce, his children, Don (Sandy) Gregory, Julie (Paul) Wright, Jill (Damon) Chaskey, Michael (Rosanna) Gregory, Grandchildren, Zac (Tara) Gregory, Kyla (JJ) Wakeland, Jasmine Dukes, Alex Radecki, Courtney Chaskey, Nicholas Radecki, Jalen Gregory, Jurnee Gregory, Karlie Chaskey, Great Granddaughter, Arianna Wakeland, Sister, Janice Huntley, Mother of His children, Margaret Gregory and several nieces and nephews.
Dave proudly served in the United States Army. He worked his entire career for General Motors (36th street) where he spent for 43 years. Dave was a Gold Member of the Casino Club and made many friends there. He was also a member of St. George Peter and Paul Aid Society, Vytautas Aid Society, The American Legion Post #0356, and the Sons & Daughters Club. He enjoyed spending time with his “Buddy Club”. Dave was a master candy maker and enjoyed sharing his delicious creations with the people he loved.
He will be missed by many.
A memorial visitation for David will be held Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Reyers North Valley Chapel, 2815 Fuller Ave N.E., Grand Rapids, Michigan 49505. A memorial visitation will occur Thursday, December 3, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 2815 Fuller Ave N.E., Grand Rapids, Michigan 49505. A cremation will occur. At this time the funeral home is limited to 25 people inside at one time.
