Caroline J Eggleston

Caroline Jean Dertien-Eggleston, age 76, passed away Saturday, November 26. Caroline was born February 9, 1935, daughter of Jake and Helen Dertien. She was preceded in death by her husband Dick and daughter Cathy. Caroline’s spirit will forever be remembered in the hearts of her son Ric Eggleston, daughters; Cheryl (Kevin) Brady, Joanne (Chuck) Elenbaas, Pamela (Rob)Betke and Patricia Gilginas, along with grandchildren Jessica (serving in the military), Stacey (Brian) Domers, Tabitha, Jake, Haley and Nicole, and great-grandchild Daphnie Domers. Caroline attended St. Luke’s Church and loved spending time at Care Tree Senior Center along with her Senior Sorority Sisters of Dunlop Court. In keeping with the family’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Remembrance Service will be held on Friday, December 2, 2011 at 3:00 PM at the Reyers North Valley Chapel 2815 Fuller Ave NE. Friends and relatives may greet her family on Friday from 2:00 PM until the time of service.
