To Barry, Sarah, and family,
I am so very sorry to hear of Carol's passing. She was an amazing person! We had lots of fun and adventures while we lived and taught together in Lakeview, vacationed in Florida, skied and skated in Michigan, or backpacked throughout Europe. She loved her family. She loved teaching. She loved life. Her kindness, generosity, spirit, and love touched many people! Carol, you, and all of  her family will be in my thoughts and prayers always!

I am heartbroken to just learn of the passing of my dear friend, Carol Rosanic Cady, this past November. Carol was my roommate for four years while we were both special education teachers in Lakeview, Michigan. We had so much fun together! We traveled together over school breaks and even backpacked throughout Europe one summer. Although we lost contact with each other for many years, we did have a chance to reconnect a few years ago. I will always remember Carol for giving me support and guidance when life got overwhelming, for being an amazing friend and confidant whenever I needed one, and for introducing me to hot fudge banana splits which eventually led us to join Weight Watchers together. We both became lifetime members on the same day! God bless you and keep you, dear Carol! I will remember you always!

Oh Carol, I miss her already. You would call me up at work and needed some help with our crazy computer program, you would get me laughing.  I'm so happy to have known you and I will always remember you.  I'm so glad that I sent you a Birthday card this year....  I hope that showed how much you meant to me... What a wonderful lady...My thoughts are with your family...

I was a student teacher for Carol in 1974. I loved being around her. I learned much from her. I remained her friend after graduation. I always tried to remember her Birthday. It broke my heart to hear of her passing.

I never even knew Carol, but I believe I went to high school with Barett, although I haven't seen him since then. So sorry for your loss, Barry.

You were the best of all teachers. You did what you could for all your children and parents. You will be missed. You made it for my children to get through school. You aways gave it to me straight up front. You were the best. A parent could ask for.

You were an amazing teacher to my brothers. You were an amazing person and friend. Heaven has gained another angel.

She was a great teacher to 3 of our kids and we were so grateful to have had a chance to meet Mrs. Carol Cady. Our thoughts are with everyone dealing with her passing.

God calls us home when its time and he always takes the best ones first. She was a great teacher to me and friend. Prayers for the family and friends of Mrs. Cady. Words can only help so much but time heals a broken heart. I am so sorry for her passing and may god guide all the hearts affected.

What a great lady she was to my kids. They always came home with a smile and a story to tell about  Mrs. Cady. Thank you for being there teacher and having such a harm heart.

Our condolences go out to the Cady Family ,  We are saden by the news given today while in conferences of Carol's passing.  She was quite the confadont as i entered the Lakeview Community School District.  I feel very fortunate to have had such a close friendship with her as my son Ted Helms was a student of hers she surely took him under her wing many times and was a fierce individual to recon with when coming to her students aid.  Loved her openess and honesty and Heart..  She was always willing to give advice wnen needed even after our son finished with High School.  So saden for yoiur loss she will be truly missed and will always be remembered as a caring and loving person at Lakeview High School Thank you for sharing your love, your wisdom and your straight foward thoughts... I am so sad to hear of Carol's passing! She was my first mentor as a teacher. We drove together from GR to Lakeview  and I really needed her advice and support to get through my first three years! I owe much of my career to her influence. And boy did she make me laugh! The Cadys are in my thoughts and prayers. And Carol is in my heart forever.

Barry, and Carol's family.  Carol had such a positive impact on so many people.   I had the distinct pleasure of working with Carol for numerous years.  As your days pass by and your are suffering with her profound loss, let yourself cry knowing each tear is a note of love rising to the heavens.

Carol taught us all to live each day to its fullest and enjoy life.  Her memories are treasured, her smile lightens our sorrow, and her spirit reminds us to dwell only on what is truly important and disregard the rest. I am so sorry to learn of Carol's passing.  As a special education teaching peer for many (31) years, I remember Carol's zest for life and her ability to deal with stressful situations with humor.  Carol will be missed by many, including those in her school 'family'.  I will be holding her loved ones in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Barry, Sara and Patric, I am so sorry for your loss.  Carol was a great friend, and teacher. She used a  tough love approach with many of her students (and me) which got them to graduation (and kept me employed). She always went the extra mile for her students, their families and her friends. She is greatly missed. I am praying for peace in your hearts.

Carol was an amazing teacher and friend.  I was her counterpart at Greenville High School and we shared many laughs, committee meetings and phone calls.  I respected her as a professional and counted myself lucky to be a friend.  Rest in peace, Carol
