Barbara Leslie Burke

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Robert.

She is survived by her daughter, Patti Jachim [Terry]; son, Robert Burke [Shirley]; four grandchildren, Jill Hiemstra, Tracy Vansolkema [Andy], Kelly Holland [Matt], and Katie Ceclan [Horia]; four great grandchildren, Jake, Taylor, Owen, and Sawyer; and numerous other friends and family who will miss her dearly.

Barb was an executive secretary at a law office, and partnered with her husband in many business ventures. She loved to play golf, cards, and dance.

In honor of Barb, all family and friends please raise a glass of your favorite beverage and toast to a life well lived.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Great Lakes Caring Hospice. The family also extends their gratitude to StoryPoint Assisted Living Center for their care. In keep with Barbara’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
