William J. Albright, 92, peacefully passed away Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015. He was born June 7, 1923 in Preston County, Kingwood West Virginia to parents Edward and Daisy Albright. William was a veteran of WWII, the Korean War, and Vietnam. Once he retired from the military he went on to become manager of move theaters in numerous locations throughout the United States. His passion was cinematography and photography. He always had his camera at hand. He was very active and loved his time as a volunteer at the Summit Senior Citizen Center in Grand Prairie.
Survived by his son Joe Albright and wife Jeannie of Zebulon, Georgia; grandchildren, Luci Collins, William Collins and wife Libbie, Marsha Miller, April Krishna and husband Niraj. He had eight great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Committal Service: 1 p.m. Thursday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas. Visitation: 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at Bean-Massey-Burge Funeral Home in Grand Prairie.
